FireSwan Swift Crossover Shorts

These double layer shorts are perfect for walks and casual outings. The material is lightweight and breathable, making them comfortable even in warm weather. The pockets are roomy enough to hold a phone, which is convenient, though I wouldn’t recommend them for running since the phone tends to bounce. I especially like the criss cross waistband in the front—it’s flattering and adds a stylish touch that sets them apart from basic athletic shorts. The double layer design provides extra coverage without feeling heavy or bulky.

The fit is relaxed but not sloppy, which makes them versatile enough to pair with a tank top for exercise or a casual tee for running errands. They wash well without shrinking or losing shape, and the fabric dries quickly, which is a big plus in the summer. These are the kind of shorts you’ll want to reach for day after day.

These shorts fit and run true to size but they are not really high rise. The top part tends to roll down. I am not a huge fan of the inner lining inside. It is not super comfortable.

I think these are good shorts to work out in and will dry quickly but they are not my favorite.

Something told me to size up from my usual size small and I’m glad I did! Medium seems to be my fit in these shorts. For reference I am 5’ tall, about 122 lbs 34DD/27”W/36”H (size 4 jeans, trousers) petite w athletic build.

The best way I can describe these is like a cross between your favorite, silky sleep shorts with a little bit of running shorts thrown in. Make sense?

They’re really comfortable, not clingy and have moderate stretch due to the fabric composition. They don’t balloon out weird like similar styles can, and do. The inner short is shorter, fitted and smooth.

The pockets are full length and quite skinny - a couple keys, credit card. I’m showing my 16 Pro Max for scale, however when wearing the shorts, with a little wiggling I was able to fit and securely zip.

Are they flattering - on my body I find almost all crossover waisted bottoms to be. Mainly because my torso is short (like the rest of me). I also feel like the crossover creates an illusion of a more defined waistline, atleast on me they do. The fabric on the band is made up of the same as the inner shorts (mentioned above). Some stretch but I would not define it as compression.

They’re comfortable, and kind of make you forget you’re wearing bottoms. I have them on now with a sleeveless athletic top. A great, hang out on a Sunday afternoon while getting things in order for the rest of the week kind of comfortable.

I am always on the lookout for a new pair of comfortable shorts. I like these, but I just don't think they are flattering on me, however I think it's just my body shape. The pockets are a little unusual also. They have a mostly vertical zipper, and the pocket is also mostly vertical, and the pocket goes a little to the backside and the front, so if you like to put your hands in your pocket, I'm someone who does, it won't let you do that. I actually thought maybe I had them on backwards because the pocket had more room towards my backside than I expected. They are nice and comfortable though and I would still recommend them, they were just a little bit different than I expected.

These are so cute! They’re not too short, not too long, and have a really nice light, airy fabric on the outside. The compression shorts on the inside are comfy too.

I’m between sizes though, I think. I’m 5’0”, 146 lbs and ordered large because I hate getting shorts that look too tight in the crotch. Literally every pair lately looks like I’m wearing a weird diaper (Halara, Gym People). They fit comfortably and hang nicely over my butt and thighs, but throughly the day the waistband got way too loose. There’s nothing worse than having a v-front waistband slip down below your belly chub all day 😅 Offered zero compression (they seem like they would if they fit tighter).

I may order another pair in medium just because I loved how they felt everywhere else. And there’s zippered pockets!!!!! I’ll update if I do. I’m afraid if I lose another 5 lbs these will fall off.

I love that these shorts have an interior layer and then a looser outer layer. They feel supportive and comfortable, while still modest enough that I'm happy to wear them out. The fabric is very soft and lightweight. I stay cool and when they get wet they dry quickly They are not overly short - which is good because I prefer to have a little more coverage when I'm out and about. They also are not too snug on the waist and fit pretty true to the size listed in the description. I included a close up photo to show the length.
